My favorite (repeat) purchase from IKEA - Stavanger, Norway...

Locals usually serve with boiled potatoes, white gravy, lingonberry fruit sauce...

I serve it in tomato sauce with noodles or with brown gravy & rice maybe -

could make them like Swedish meatballs I guess too, but that means more sauce?!
