Gladmat School Spring 2010
Gladmat school is the matglade/food happy amateur.
We introduce an evening activity in collaboration with the Culinary Institute of which we have called matverksted/food workshop.
Each of matverkstedene/food workshop is a 3-hour participatory activities around a theme food professionals.
The chefs will hold a demonstration around the evening's theme, where then all participants will learn practical on the kitchen counter.
In each of the workshops will serve a simple meal within the theme and everyone will be able to take home what they have prepared.
In addition to conducting matverkstedene/food workshop we Gladmat school in our "normal" form, where the chef starts with the theory before you split into groups and create their own dishes eaten together.
You get recipes and go through the compendium of the cook.
