From the History about Hanasand - some Norsk words of old...
Some words, phrases and names belong to the house of old:
"Bastardåkeren" (*Bastard field) fruit garden was laid up with two lines apple trees southeast of the main house.
"Gidelet" animal tracks that are used today. In the past, they used it as a way for horse and cart when they would bring home the hay. In the days when we used to gather the sheep to and from the heath.
"Kalvehagen" (*Calf Hagen) our virgin forests down to the sea. There are ancient monuments, ancient monuments and great biodiversity. A horticultural forest, deciduous or mixed forest. Oak, Aspen, Ash, Hazel dominate the forest image.
"Laddbergshålå" a small plot / field wedge between the island and veal garden in the east.
"Saen" Teigen between greenhouse 4èn and Calf Hagen. Saen down to Straen. Here is the only sandy soil, very good to grow high on this Teigen.
"Askjen" southern Kalvehagen.Like out here we have a salmon seat. Here mackerel in the summer.
"Neither" cave. And cold "tyskerhålå. Accommodation suitable for people Traveling by sea. They came from Jelsa and Røldal. Rowed a boat two Stavanger for trade, and HAD accommodation in the bottom of the Calf farm, not far from the dwelling (prehistoric). Kvartsåre (*Every Sore) coming up here in Calf Hagen. It starts in Høgsfjord come up in veal Hagen and pop back down and then come up again on Bokn.

New for 2010 is Subscriptions vegetable basket!
This year, we try something new, as it has been a good atmosphere among our customers
namely Subscriptions vegetables.
We offer weekly subscription to the vegetables from week 22 There is unfortunately no late before we get started, but this is because we have to wait until the sample is somewhat larger, because we only want to use cards raised food in our baskets.
You can choose to have the basket every week or every other week.
We have baskets for both private and businesses.
Prices of private:
* Price Small Family Package: 300, - (1-2 adults and 2-3 children)
* Price Large Family Package: 450, - (2 adults and 4-6 children)
* Price Easy Korg: 200, - (Designed for 1-2 people)
Each week you will find a week's surprise in the basket, which can be: a flower / a spice plant / juice jam or the like.
Bookings for private persons:
Basket must be collected between. 12.00 and 18.00 on Fridays.
Cancellations must be received no later than Wednesday
